ACT 190 Nomination Update

Currently this program is closed to overseas applicant, though some changes were made in eligibility requirement as below  

• You must hold the relevant  Australian registration or licencing if it is required for your nominated occupation. (This requirement is newly added ) 

• You must have a job offer in your nominated occupation from a medium to large Australian enterprise (50 plus employees). The position must be located in a permanent branch or office in Canberra (home, online or serviced offices are not accepted). (Some modifications were made in this requirement )
