TRA has updated the news on their website as follows:
In May 2021, the Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE) consulted on a proposal to change the fees charged by Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) for skills assessment services provided under the Job Ready Program, Migration Skills Assessment and Migration Points Advice. The proposal has now been agreed by Government.
A Cost Recovery Implementation Statement containing information on how DESE determined the new fees for these TRA assessment services can be viewed here.
The new fees are effective from 1 September 2021.
