From 1 January 2026, all Pathway 1 applicants must complete and submit a Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Skills (LLND) assessment as part of their Documentary Evidence Assessment application. This change aligns with updated compliance standards requiring registered training organisations to assess these skills for individuals seeking an Australian qualification.
Applicants must download the LLND form from the Evidence Upload section of the online portal, complete all sections, and upload it together with their documentary evidence at the time of application.
In addition, updated video guides for each occupation will be released on 1 January 2026. Applicants are advised to download and use the latest guides from the VETASSESS website before preparing video evidence, to ensure all current requirements are met.
