The subclass 491 Overseas Applicant (Job Offer) pathway has been closed for the remainder of the 2024-25 program year due to extended visa processing times and increased false claims. No further applications will be accepted, and pending invitations have been withdrawn. A review of the pathway is expected in the 2025-26 program year.
