Can I change my current subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. You will be charged for the time you have used the current plan and then credited or debited amount will be calculated for the payment of the next updated plan.

To change your current plan:

  • Click on Account > My Plan from the left-hand menu.
  • Select a new subscription plan that suits you the best.
  • Review the plan comparison and if all looks good proceed further or can click on Compare Plans to review other plans.
  • Tick the checkbox agreeing on the terms and conditions and then click on the Pay Now button.
  • On successful payment, you will also receive the invoice in your email.

*Note: Credits are non-refundable.
