As of 20/08/2019, Tasmania 489 program is completely closed and is not accepting any new applications. Following categories will be closed:
Category 1 - Tasmania graduate
Category 2 - Working in Tasmania
Category 3A - Overseas applicant (TSOL)
Category 3B - Overseas applicant (Job Offer)
Category 4 - Family in Tasmania
Category 5 - Small Business Owner
Please note that 190 application can be submitted as normal. There are no changes in the process for 190 applications. More information will be made available by the Tasmania officials on the website.
